STORY

Your first week on night shift, and the deep tank is yours to feed: dump the bucket from the catwalk and leave, that is the whole rule. Tonight your foot went out from under you and you went into the water with the food. The building is empty, your radio is lying on the sand at the bottom, and the thing this aquarium keeps down here has stopped one arm's length from your face.
